Chequamegon Meadows: Part 1

Celebrate the beauty of the north woods with Chequamegon Meadows. This full size quilt is constructed using a variety of pine tree sections set together with tonal background piecing, and an elaborate flying geese border. A quick bias strip method allows for easy and accurate piecing. Specially designed cutting guides accurately cut these smaller squares and rectangles with a shared bias seam. All individual pine tree units may also be used separately in a large variety of projects.

Part 1 will introduce piecing and cutting methods for half of the pine tree sections.
